My insurance career began in 2012 at Wells Fargo Insurance Services, where I started in IT support, administration, and accounting roles before transitioning into an Assistant Account Manager position, and was promoted to a Senior Account Manager role in less than two years. In 2017, I was named the company's Employee of the Year, selected from roughly 4,000 employees nationwide. Following Wells Fargo Insurance's acquisition by USI in December 2017, I continued in a commercial lines account management role, achieving a 100 percent client retention rating while preserving the personal, high touch service my clients had come to rely on through the transition. I went on to Marsh & McLennan Agency, where I focused primarily on nonprofit and healthcare center accounts, and then to Brown & Brown, where I managed a generalist book of business anchored by large real estate and hospitality accounts. Along the way, in 2024, I was named to Insurance Business America's Rising Stars list, recognizing the best insurance professionals under 40 in the country. Today, I'm a Senior Solutions Advocate at Indium, where I help independent insurance agencies connect with the right carriers to meet their clients' needs. Drawing on my full background in insurance, financing, and risk management, I provide strategic solutions that enhance agency growth and success, and I'm passionate about building long-term relationships that ensure agents have access to the best markets and resources to serve their clients effectively. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking the mountains near my home state of North Carolina, reading, building LEGO sets, and restoring vintage cameras.
