TRADITIONAL GROWTH

  Premier Concierge
Eligibility Criteria: ↑50% YoY DWP Growth* ↑50% YoY or $250K DWP Growth
Split: 70% 80%

*Year-over-Year Growth includes accounts written in the Brokerage team or books moving between Direct and Subcodes

Traditional Growth has the best outcomes for agencies that;
- are new members to Indium
- have Direct appointments to affiliate
- have a large variety of books and industries to be able to expand in the Brokerage or Direct to Subcode
- want the clarity of a numeric goal (we're happy to provide what 50% would currently be, and the $250K for Concierge is a frequent reason agencies upgrade to that Membership Tier)

Traditional Growth Process

Did the agency meet Indium's Eligibility Criteria?

1) Indium reviews the agency's DWP (Brokerage and Subcodes) with Indium as of 1/1/2027 minus 1/1/2026
- If they do not meet Indium's Eligibility Criteria, then the agency would not receive a payment

2) If they do, then the agency would receive its Split of the payment received by Indium from carriers on the Eligible Written Premium
           "Eligible" Written Premium varies by carrier and may or may not include Auto, E&S, certain lines, bond and surety, etc. We are more than happy to review the eligible vs. ineligible premium guidelines by carriers  (learn more here).

For Eligibility Criteria with Indium, we are solely focused on Direct Written Premium (regardless of it being within a carrier's compensation agreements). Growth in all areas, across all carriers, allows an agency to meet its tier's criteria.

  Premier Concierge
Eligibility Criteria: Percent of engagement with Strategic Initiatives & Events
Split: 70% 80%

These hours can be achieved by any team member in the agency and across numerous initiatives and/or events.

Strategy Pass has the best outcomes for agencies that;
- are established, collaborative members with Indium
- are trying to improve the depth of their carrier & business development strategies
- want to engage with fellow members on best practices
- seek to stabilize their annual compensation with effort-oriented objectives

Strategy Pass Process
