Effective 10/1

• American Modern will be pausing new business on Homeowners in the following states:Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Arkansas, Kentucky, Minnesota and Montana
• Pausing new business on Dwelling Special in South Carolina

 Effective 11/1

• American Modern will be exiting our Condo & Mobile Home-Tenant lines of business effective 1/1/2024.
• American Modern will reduce commissions by 1 point on new business and 2 points on renewals for the following products:  Manufactured Home, Dwelling Fire, Motorsports, Watercraft and Collector Vehicle effective 1/1/2024.

• American Modern will be pausing new business on Homeowners in the following states
